Q: How does Regpro process payments?
A: Regpro Software uses PayPal to process payments. PayPal offers both customer and merchant protection therefore Regpro has chosen to accept payments exclusivly through Paypal. No other forms of payment will be accepted.

Q: How does Regpro protect my information?
A:
Since payment information is handeled by Paypal, you're protected through them. Regpro cannot access or see your payment information. PayPal also provides a 256 bit SSL encrypted transmission of your data.

Q: I have recieved my product, how do I pay?
A: You'll be invoiced a breakdown of every product you purchased and given a total amount. The total amount may be different from your quote depending on whether you asked for addtional or less products. To make your payment, please click here.

Q: If I don't pay for my product?
A: Regpro has three steps of action regarding late payments:

If no payment is recieved after:

5 days of your product delivery, you'll be sent a polite reminder for you to pay.
10 days of your product delivery, you'll be sent an official warning for you to pay. Your service will be suspended.
15 days of your product delivery, Regpro will pursue legal action.

If your service is suspended, a notice will be placed on all of your website's pages, and all content will be removed. If you pay after it has been suspended, data will be restored within 24 hours.
